A correctly selected and installed tracker should be configured for low power use, but every device is different. We check the electrical connection during installation and recommend following the tracker manufacturer’s battery and sleep-mode guidance.
Yes. Our eligible tracking packages include the tracking app and web platform at no additional software licence fee. A separate SIM/data-provider fee starts from approximately $10 + GST per month and varies by provider, coverage and plan.

The command is designed to prevent restart after the vehicle is stationary and safe to disable. Never activate it while a vehicle is moving.
